Effective December 1, 1998, unless the court has ordered otherwise,
all support payments are made payable to and processed by the Support
Payment Clearinghouse,
P.O. Box 52107, Phoenix, AZ 85072-2107.
For Non IV-D cases, Family Court Services is responsible for responding
to payment inquiries and researching payment-related issues. For
payment-related questions, (i.e.) lost payments, payments posted
in error, or purge payments, you may call (602) 506-3762.
