Family Support is responsible for tracking the following specialized
Family Court filings: (pursuant to A.R.S.
25-502),
(pursuant to A.R.S. 25-503).
Upon receipt of an ,
the system tracks the time frame in which the other party has to
file a request for hearing. The timeframe is 20 days for in-state
service and 30 days for out-of-state service, except for requests
for Expedited Services when the other party has 11 days to counter
petition.
